The eLAB WAVE is a highly adaptable single-use bioreactor designed for microbial and cell culture applications. With a working volume range of 2 to 50 liters, it boasts an innovative dual-axis movement and rocking motion agitation technology for optimal performance.
Tangential Flow Filtration
Fully automatic tangential flow filtration equipment has a control unit for processing and a vessel (optional) for media concentration or diafiltration. This vessel is available in stainless steel for reusable or in plastic for single-use applications.

The eLAB MULTI bioreactor has a 1:2.5 diameter-to-height ratio and is suitable for microbial fermentation and cell culture. It offers glass or stainless steel vessels and can hold up to 12 vessels in raw form, with working volumes of 0.4 to 5L. Additionally, the bioreactor is autoclave sterilizable, ensuring that it meets the stringent sanitary requirements of your operation.

Our TFF system is designed to cater to the needs of demanding downstream processes with its fully automated functionality. The system boasts a maximum filtration performance of 0.5 square meters of total membrane surface area, ensuring top-notch results.

The Cleaning-In-Place system is a highly advanced and fully automated mobile solution for the efficient cleaning equipment with a capacity of up to 2000 liters. The system follows a streamlined 6-Phase Cycle consisting of Pre-rinse, Caustic Wash, Intermediate Rinse, Final Rinse, Sanitization, and Air Dry.
The system is equipped with a 15-inch Siemens HMI screen, providing an intuitive interface for autonomous operation.
